Orissa Tribal Empowerment and Livelihood Programme (OTELP)
The programme was expended for five more years in the same area and Jagruti has been selected again as facilitating NGO for the implementation of the programme.

Forest Life - Strengthening community-based institution for livelihood and ecological security in Daringbadi block, Odisha
Jagruti has initiated efforts to facilitate the effective implementation of the FRA (Recognition of Forest Rights) in the region. The organization supports communities in securing legal rights over traditionally used land and forest resources, while also promoting sustainable forest-based livelihoods. Its approach integrates rights recognition with conservation, natural resource management, and enterprise development.
AROGYA+ PROGRAMME
Arogya + programme focused on delivering health care to geographically isolated area by providing primary health care. Diagnosis and essential medicines at the doorsteps of rural, remote and underserved population in 3 Gram panchayat Daringbadi block of Kandhamal Districts. Since above 15th years with a population of 14770.
WADI (TDF) Project
The main objective of the programme is to provide a sustainable source of livelihood for 1000 marginal tribal families through an innovative intervention of development of each one acre of the orchard (WADI) integrated with soil and water conservation measures
DCNGO Programme
This programme has been initiated for the management of fourteen V-4 Sub- centres of Kandhmal with help of 8 Field NGOs in Kotagarh, Tumudibandh, Raikia and Daringbadi blocks

Self Help Approach in Kandhamal for Transformation and Innovation (SHAKTI)
The SHAKTI Project (Self Help Approach in Kandhamal for Transformation and Innovation) continued its journey during 2025–26 toward empowering tribal women and children in the remote villages of Daringbadi Block, Kandhamal district of Odisha.
Promotion of Agriculture Production Clusters in tribal Regions of Odisha
• The project serves as a dynamic platform for sharing experiences among Producer Groups (PGs) and fostering mutual support to enhance their overall performance. It aims to amplify the voice of marginal farmers at the village level and create opportunities for inclusive development interventions focused on poverty reduction.
