- 2 TB detection camps organised
- 78 sputum samples collected and tested at DHH
- No sputum sample found, TB positive
- 2 non-pulmonary TB cases identified and referred successfully
- 4 patients referred for Chest X-ray at CHC Daringbadi
- All referred chest X-ray cases confirmed TB negative
- 9 follow-up TB cases monitored and found stable
Non-Communicable Disease (NCD) Programme
- Banjamaha NCD Detection Camp
- Badangia NCD Detection Camp
- Gakahia NCD Detection Camp
- Padalmala NCD Detection Camp

- Hypertension Cases Detected 11
- Diabetes Cases Detected 1
Blindness Control Programme
- 12 cataract detection camps organised at Jagruti office
- Camps are conducted on the 10th day of every month
- 574 patients screened during the year
- 119 cataract patients were identified and referred for surgery
Nutrition and Child Care
- 7 children identified as Severe Acute Malnutrition (SAM)
- All SAM children were referred to SNCU and NRC for specialised care
- 9 mothers’ meetings organised on:
- Improved access to healthcare in remote villages
- Reduced barriers to medical treatment
- Strengthened maternal and child healthcare services
- Enhanced awareness on disease prevention
- Improved early detection and referral systems
- Supported vulnerable and marginalised populations
