Antaranga is a community-driven youth initiative dedicated to promoting peace, social harmony, and sustainable development in Kandhamal district. The programme emerged as an important response to the challenges faced by communities after the communal violence in the region, recognizing the vital role young people can play in rebuilding trust and strengthening unity.

The initiative works closely with youth groups to encourage leadership, dialogue, cooperation, and active participation in community development activities. Through awareness programmes, cultural engagement, leadership training, and grassroots actions, Antaranga inspires young individuals to become responsible citizens and positive changemakers within their communities.

Jagruti plays a key role in coordinating and implementing the programme in the Daringbadi area, helping create platforms where youth from different backgrounds can come together, share ideas, and contribute towards a peaceful and inclusive society. The programme is supported by ActionAid.
